Fight against flood in 2003

fighting against flood and rescuing at Yellow River beach area in Liangshan. In the summer and autumn of 2003, due to continuous heavy rainfall, an autumn flood appeared in the Yellow River beach area, which was rarely seen in the history. At 15:30 on October 15th, Lukang received the instructions from the local municipal party committee and the municipal government of Jining City to resist against the breaks of dike at the Yellow River ’s second beach area in Lunali Village, Liangshan County. Lukang quickly formed a Emergency Response Team of 120 members for Yellow River Flood Control and Disaster Relief, and fought together with various emergency response teams of flood control and disaster relief, the People's army and the local people, to stop the raging floods and safeguard the lives and properties of the people.

Fight against Yushu Earthquake

After the magnitude-7.1 earthquake occurred in Yushu, Qinghai in April 2010, Lukang acted immediately and donated medicines with total value of 1.03 million RMB, such as Benzylpenicillin sodium for injection, Amoxicillin capsules, Ceftriaxone sodium for injection, and so on.

Fire duty alarm

LuKang owned fire rescue team has issued a total of 35 external alarms since 2019. On March 19, 2020, the wheat field in Qinhe Village caught fire, and our company's fire brigade actively responded to the alarm. On the morning of March 28, 2020, the storefront of Fenglou Village caught fire along the street. Upon receiving the alarm, fire trucks were dispatched in time, and the team members rushed to the fire site. Every time, they were able to follow the command and fearlessly face danger, reducing losses in the surrounding villages and adding honor to the company.

From 2008 to 2018, Lukang exported more than 13,000 tons of Bactivec and Griselesf to many countries in Africa, Central and South America, and Southeast Asia, including Nigeria, Zambia, Guinea, Tanzania, Ghana, Cuba, Argentina, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam to make outstanding contributions to the local control of dengue fever and malaria.

In 2020, in order to fight against the COVID-19, Lukang donated drugs, disinfectant and protective clothing to the Jining Red Cross Society and Shandong Charity Federation, with a total value of nearly 5 million yuan. In March 2022, Lukang established a youth volunteer service team and carried out a series of volunteer activities. 30 volunteers joined the front line of epidemic prevention and control in Jining City to provide volunteer services and contribute to epidemic prevention and control.
